Excerpts from a sample report for The Systems Architect (IS-SA-SO-EE), whose latent dimension is Environmental Engagement. Three of the five parts are shown; the faculty balance analysis and the 30-day guide are in the full report.
1. Complete profile interpretation
Your natural strength is perceiving the larger pattern and building the structure that makes it real. You see where things need to go and you design the system that gets them there.
Faculty pattern. Thinking (Integrative mode) is primary. Thinking (Analytical mode) is supporting. Feeling is developing. Willing is latent.
Natural contribution. You see what needs to exist. You build it. You take on structural problems before they have been clearly defined.
Growth area. Ground your vision in physical action. Build one thing. Ship one project. Let the structure meet reality rather than remaining in the design phase.
2. Growth practice protocol
Practice. Move your body deliberately every day. Walk outdoors. Exercise. Use your hands to make something physical.
Integration path. When you feel stuck in your head, stand up and move. The physical engagement unlocks the mental blockage.
3. Stress pattern analysis
When under pressure, your latent Willing faculty may surface as physical restlessness combined with mental paralysis. You want to act but feel frozen. The solution is deliberate physical engagement — exercise, movement, hands-on work.
Under pressure, you feel physically restless but mentally paralyzed. You may compulsively consume (food, media) as substitute for action.

It renews automatically every year until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the annual price shown on this page at that time (prices increase 10% a year). You can cancel at any time through the Contact link at the bottom of any page; canceling stops the next renewal.
Before you buy
The ICA is a behavioral-preference assessment, and its accuracy is currently being studied. It is not a clinical, medical or diagnostic test, does not measure intelligence or cognitive ability, and does not screen for dementia or any other condition. Use it as one input in decisions such as hiring, never as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
