Different theories

16Personalities says its framework "reworks the Big Five" into five spectrums and is not the MBTI® assessment, even though it uses four-letter codes (16Personalities). The ICA is built on the thinking, feeling and willing tradition and ranks four dimensions into 24 profiles.
